As we continue our search for Kate, we can't help but reflect on the plight of the hundreds of other families in South Carolina who also have missing relatives. Most of us would be shocked to hear there are currently 865 people listed as missing in South Carolina, many of them women. That is why we are inviting you to attend a special candlelight vigil.
The Candlelight Vigil for Missing Women in SC

On Wednesday, September 23, The Friends of Kate Waring are going to bring awareness to these women during a Candlelight Vigil.
Where: Rivers Green at the College of Charleston (Behind Addlestone Library on the corner of Coming and Calhoun Streets)
When: 7:30pm, Wednesday, September 23
Join us for prayer, speakers, songs and the naming of missing women in South Carolina. Church bells in Charleston will also begin ringing shortly after the naming of the missing-- and we will light candles to honor these women and their families.
Please join us and together, our collective energy can help make a difference and perhaps bring closure to these missing cases, including Kate's.
Directions & Parking: Rivers Green is located directly behind Addlestone Library at the corner of Coming and Calhoun Streets (see map below).
